Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We would like to inform you as a loyal and reliable business partner transparently and comprehensively about
the latest developments in our company.

As you are already aware, ENEXIO Service GmbH had to declare insolvency on May 14, 2024, due to imposed
liability obligations for debts of the company group. The DEUBIS company group has got into serious financial
difficulties. All companies in the DEUBIS Group are subject to ongoing insolvency proceedings.

The banks have withdrawn all liquidity from ENEXIO Service GmbH “overnight”, which is operationally healthy. The
consequence was insolvency despite sufficient working-capital and full order books.

Together with the provisional insolvency administrator, lawyer Dorothee Madsen from the law firm BRL, we
succeeded in maintaining operations during the provisional insolvency proceedings and putting the company on
a new footing within a month and a half by means of a transferring restructuring. We are particularly pleased
that all employees have always believed in our joint venture. They will continue being available to you as
contact persons.

With the help of the management team around the Managing Director Mr. Vigano, namely Mr. Holtbrügge,
Mr. Reymann and Mr. Schnitzler, the newly founded X-COOLING GmbH will now continue the complete
business. The management team will be supported in the management buy-out by four entrepreneurs. The
majority shareholders, with their industrial experience, are committed to strengthening Germany and the
BeNeLux as a business location with a clear commitment to medium-sized business.
