Gearbox

The gear unit is used as an angular gear unit with one or two stages for speed reduction and power transmission to the fan.

Due to the position in the humid air flow, we use appropriate coating as standard. Optionally, we offer sensors for vibration monitoring, vent lines with filter as well as oil lines for monitoring and filling the gearbox. If operation is planned on an FI, the lubrication properties at low input speeds should be checked as pump lubrication may be required.
